Leland Vall is an AmSat Certified Instructor of the Alexander Technique. Freeyourneck.com has been live for over 15 years, with a popular Weekly Tips newsletter.  The site needed an upgrade to make it responsive and some reorganization.

We brought in a new theme, rearranged the logo to be horizontal to make the top navigation cleaner, and brought the blog into the same root website.  We removed less relevant pages to keep the focus on Leland, his teaching, his books and MP3s, and on the Alexander Technique.
